If you enjoy hands-on work, solving mechanical challenges, and taking pride in precision craftsmanship, this is the opportunity for you! We’re looking for a Mold Technician who’s eager to learn and grow with a team that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn the ins and outs of complex injection mold assemblies
• Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble molds with precision
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy
• Assist Mold Makers with assembly and disassembly as needed
• Safely handle tools, equipment, and molds while following all safety protocols
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help keep operations running smoothly
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the department

• Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to quality
• Reliable, career-minded individual with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and dependability
• Must have or be able to obtain forklift certification
• Will need to provide personal hand tools

Preferred Skills:

• Mechanical or manufacturing background
• Ability to read blueprints
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience using manual machine tools

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
