We are hiring for a position at our Willow Springs, IL agency location. This is not a full-remote position, but it may evolve to include work-from-home time. Because of necessary training and logistics, this will start out as an in-office position. Responsibilities Establish new customer relationships and follow up with existing customers. Provide accurate and friendly customer service. Know and understand the insurance products we sell so you can confidently represent and sell them.
