Team Leader

The Jack in the Box Team Leader is responsible for leading a team that provides the ultimate customer experience for our guests. Jack in the Box is a global leader in the food service industry, and you can have a hand in that continued success when you join our team! Responsibilities Train Team Members and provide continued support and guidance Ensure all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training are followed and completed in a timely manner Create a friendly, engaging, and safe work environment Supervise and participate in restaurant and kitchen cleaning duties Perform various financial activities, such as cash handling, deposit preparation, and balancing cash receipts Ensure food preparation and quality meet all standards and requirements Understand and resolve customer complaints about service, food, and other restaurant functions These are some of the duties you will use to role model for the team you will lead, along with the Restaurant Manager. If you are 18 years of age or older, can speak, read, and write in English, and have excellent interpersonal skills, we’d love to meet you. You will also need proven analytical skills and the ability to perform basic math functions. Patience with teaching and the ability to work with a diverse group of people is a must. There are also physical requirements that you must be able to perform such as: Standing for 90% to 95% of your shift, constant walking to different parts of the restaurant, ability to reach, stoop, bend, and squat with extra weight. You will also need to be flexible with your hours as Jack in The Box is a 24/7 restaurant.
