Learn more at Key Responsibilities Perform physical construction and renovation tasks on residential pool projects. Execute demolition, framing, plumbing, tile, coping, concrete, and finish work. Repair and upgrade existing pool structures and features. Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and organization. Follow project instructions and design plans accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines and client expectations. Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively. Handle materials and equipment loading/unloading. Work independently in the field while maintaining communication with project managers. Qualifications Experience in pool construction, renovation, landscaping, hardscaping, or general trades. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat. Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, digging, bending, standing for long periods). Self-starter with the ability to follow instructions and complete work independently. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
