Job Summary We are seeking an experienced full lifecycle recruiter who has proven experience of filling a wide range of construction positions at a high volume. The ideal candidate has successfully recruited construction craft, trades, functional, and technical skillsets in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Essential Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain top construction pipelines and utilize those networks to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies. Strategically source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability. Primary focus on high volume recruiting within the electrical/mechanical construction and industrial fields. Contribute to enhancing Loenbro’s employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations. Required Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in full‑lifecycle recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry. Proven success recruiting high‑volume craft and technical talent. Able to self‑manage and develop independent sourcing strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent discipline. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Technical proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience building recruiting networks without full reliance on job boards. Potential exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, or other environmental factors. Travel requirements: up to 10% of time.
