Recovery Support & Job Development Specialist

A nonprofit organization specialized in recovery support is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to assist individuals with severe mental illness in achieving competitive employment. The ideal candidate will provide vocational assessments, job coaching, and support in job seeking skills, while also utilizing lived experience to aid participants. Responsibilities include establishing business contacts, offering counseling, and coordinating transportation.
