Empower Staffing is partnering with a New Jersey real estate practice to find one or two attorneys ready to take files off the practice leaders' plates. You'd get ownership of meaningful work from day one and a genuine path to partnership.You'll work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, leasing, and development deals, for entrepreneurial New Jersey developers, property owners, and investors.What You'll DoDraft and negotiate PSAs, leases, and loan documents, and manage closings with partner oversight rather than step-by-step directionWork directly with entrepreneurial clients, bringing them solutions and not only flagging issuesReview title and survey on complex commercial dealsSupport land use and redevelopment matters, including zoning approvals, redevelopment agreements, and PILOTsWork alongside practice leaders on marquee matters such as CMBS loans, 1031 exchanges, and mixed-use redevelopmentsWhat You Bring3+ years of recent, continuous commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firmThe confidence and judgment to take a file and run itA track record of stability and commitment in your prior rolesExcellent writing and close attention to detailA business-minded, client-facing approach. xhyhwjd You help deals get done.Active bar admission, or eligibility, in New JerseyThe DetailsCompensation: $175K – $250K base, based on experienceHybrid: 4 days a week in officePartner track: a real oneWork authorization: must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
