Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer to support the deployment, administration, and maintenance of enterprise cybersecurity technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing security solutions, supporting infrastructure upgrades, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic IT environment.

The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to produce technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Candidates should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, supporting critical security systems, and participating in after-hours support when required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Support implementation of new cybersecurity technologies and infrastructure upgrades.
• Design and recommend deployment architectures based on business and technical requirements.
• Install, configure, and administer cybersecurity platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology vendors to implement and support security solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to operational support teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and cybersecurity-related issues.
• Participate in on-call support, scheduled maintenance, and emergency response activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and operational standards.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience deploying and administering enterprise cybersecurity technologies such as:
  • Endpoint Protection (e.g., Trend Micro or equivalent)
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (e.g., RSA SecurID or equivalent)
  • Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms (e.g., Splunk or equivalent)
  • Privileged Access Management (e.g., CyberArk)
  • Vulnerability Management solutions (e.g., Tenable)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity infrastructure, system administration, and enterprise security best practices.
• Experience with system deployment, configuration, patch management, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Knowledge of security architecture, infrastructure design, and integration methodologies.
• Experience creating technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
