Corporate Accounting Leader: Close, SEC Readiness & Growth

Rocket Lab Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting at its Long Beach, CA headquarters. You will own month-end close, drive SEC readiness, and lead a growing corporate accounting team, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Tax to support rapid scale. The role requires a CPA (or equivalent), 10+ years’ experience, and deep US GAAP knowledge.
