ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2000 and has grown into a high-energy team of eight who are focused on helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I spent years with State Farm starting in 1988 as a Claims Manager, which gave me a strong foundation in customer care, problem-solving, and leadership.

Insurance truly runs in the family. I'm married, my wife is also a State Farm agent, and our son followed the same path and now has his own agency. That shared experience brings a deep understanding of the business and a strong sense of pride in what we do. I'm also active in the community and serve as Chairman of the Jamaica YMCA, where we focus on supporting youth and strengthening local programs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marcel Robin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
