In-Office | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Prospect. Quote. Close. Repeat Nick Albernas State Farm is hiring a sales-focused Acquisitions Specialist who thrives on outbound activity, pipeline management, and closing new business. This is a production-driven role for someone who is competitive, resilient, and motivated by results. If you are energized by prospecting, confident asking for the sale, and focused on growing your income through performance, this opportunity is built for you. Licensing Requirements - Full Licensing Required Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office. Life & Health license must be obtained within 60 days of starting. Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process. Sales & Production Expectations This is a sales-focused, in-office position with clear monthly production standards. The successful candidate will be expected to sell a minimum of 35+ applications per month through outbound prospecting, referral generation, lead follow-up, new business production, and consistent pipeline management. What You'll Do Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach Build and manage a consistent, active sales pipeline Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies Follow up aggressively and consistently to convert quotes into bound policies Track daily activity, pipeline metrics, and production results Collaborate with team members to exceed agency growth targets Maintain compliance with agency and state insurance regulations What We're Looking For Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals Ability and willingness to meet a requirement of 35+ applications sold per month Property & Casualty license obtained prior to start date Confidence handling objections and closing business Strong communication and relationship-building skills High level of organization and disciplined follow-up Comfortable with outbound prospecting and fast-paced production expectations Previous experience in sales, marketing, or insurance preferred Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses Uncapped earning potential tied directly to production Full licensing support and structured onboarding Ongoing sales training and professional development A competitive, growth-focused agency culture If you are ready to be paid for performance and build a career where production drives opportunity, apply today to join Nick Albernas State Farm.
