Our team consists of two seasoned physical therapists and one skilled physical therapy assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand and identify the individual goals and needs of patients.
• Manage and maintain a patient load of one individual per hour to ensure focused attention and quality care.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized care plans utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and use manual therapy techniques to promote motion and mobility.
• Implement cost-effective treatment options aimed at reducing reliance on medications and exploring non-surgical solutions.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments provided to maintain accurate health records and facilitate collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Promote health and wellness programs that aim to improve patient strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient tracking and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 125,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
