As a full-time member of our rehabilitation facility, you will play a pivotal role in guiding patients through their recovery journeys. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our dedicated rehabilitation facility, where you will collaborate with a committed team of two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA). Our environment is designed to foster teamwork and exceptional patient care, ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to understand their goals and tailor treatment plans to meet their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a caseload effectively, seeing one patient per hour to provide focused, quality care.
• Conduct thorough assessments to devise comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Administer cost-effective treatments aimed at improving patients' range of motion and mobility.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and implement exercise protocols that facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Document patient progress meticulously and communicate changes in treatment plans to both patients and healthcare colleagues.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle through educational resources, helping patients to enhance their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus lies in serving individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and hold a valid Physical Therapist license in California.
• A clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions, is essential.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development is required.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, including WebPT, is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
