Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough movement assessments to understand each patient's condition and limitations, enabling the implementation of personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions to 1-2 patients per hour, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities and interventions tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Monitor patient progress closely, documenting outcomes and adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to therapy goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on a diverse patient population with orthopedic conditions including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

To ensure the highest level of patient care, we require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. While a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred, your passion and skill set will take precedence.
• An active California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• Demonstrable analytical skills to assess and personalize treatment strategies effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with patients, motivate them through challenges, and explain complex medical information in an easily understandable manner.

Preferred Experience

We seek candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation, where you have developed hands-on skills in evaluating and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Experience in multidisciplinary teams, as well as familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
