Work Environment

Your work will take place in our outreach-focused outpatient office, offering a friendly, supportive atmosphere where teamwork is encouraged. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. With a small team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues on complex cases and share best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, setting realistic objectives based on their healthcare needs.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, treating approximately one patient per hour while ensuring high-quality, personalized care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to develop individualized care plans that incorporate a variety of modalities.
• Implement effective treatment regimens aimed at enhancing functional mobility and overall physical performance.
• Monitor patient progress through consistent assessments and documentation, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary.
• Maintain open lines of communication with patients, motivating them throughout the rehabilitation process to achieve their fullest potential.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to create a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Document all treatment sessions thoroughly in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our physical therapy practice predominantly caters to individuals with private insurance, focusing on orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries. You will engage with a diverse patient demography, from active athletes to those recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board actions against your license.

Preferred Experience

• Preferred experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing tailored exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with EMR Software platforms such as WebPT to document patient interactions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
