Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer with expertise in digital designs, motion graphics, and video editing. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong conceptual and executional skills, capable of creating high-converting visual assets for B2B and B2C campaigns. Proficiency in the latest design tools, UX, branding, and corporate identity is essential. You'll lead multiple projects, deliver high-quality digital creatives, and effectively incorporate client feedback. A Strong understanding of brand strategy and business goals is a must. This is a senior-level role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on design execution. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and create visually impactful designs across digital platforms. Develop creative concepts that align with marketing strategies and business objectives. Proficient in Figma, UI/UX design principles, and web design best practices to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Translate brand identities into consistent visual assets such as logos, style guides, and campaign elements. Produce engaging B2B marketing materials, including whitepapers, eBooks, infographics, and social media creatives. Design and optimize user-friendly web pages, landing pages, and digital ads. Lead visual branding for events, including signage, stages, digital screens, and promotional content. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels. Lead junior designers and establish efficient, scalable creative processes to ensure consistent, high-quality output across all deliverables. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them to continuously improve and optimize creative workflows. Manage multiple design projects, set timelines, meet deadlines, and collaborate using project management tools like Jira, Notion, or Trello. Work closely with clients or stakeholders to incorporate feedback and align designs with client goals. Ensure consistency and cohesion across all designs, maintaining strong branding and visual communication strategies. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing for digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with UX design principles and the ability to integrate user-centered practices into design work. Deep understanding of branding, corporate identity, and ability to develop brand guidelines from scratch. Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design capabilities and successful project outcomes. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud applications Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma and InDesign. Ability to create compelling visual assets that drive engagement and conversions across social media and digital platforms. Solid grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of industry-standard print design requirements and best practices. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver on design expectations. Self-starter with a creative mindset and the ability to work independently on concept development and execution. Collaborative mindset and a flexible outlook to adapt to evolving project needs and team dynamics. Experience in mentoring or leading a design team is a plus.
