Job Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years
• Certs: BLS, ARRT T, CA License
• First time travelers accepted: NO
• Special Requirements: Experience with Impac MOSAIQ, adult inpatient and outpatient experience, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, emergency cases all REQUIRED.

• Shift: Days 0930-1800, day shift, but hours may vary slightly due to dept need
• Floating REQ: NO
• On-Call REQ: NO
• Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission
• NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMODATED AND NO RTO WITHIN FIRST 2 WEEKS

Job Duties/Additional Unit Info/Caseload:

Varieties cases of cancer, we have two treatment machines, one CT Simulator, 14 therapists.
