We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

• Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance and quality resident care
• Lead and supervise staff, including CNA assignments, training, and evaluations
• Administer medications/treatments and coordinate with physicians
• Maintain care plans, documentation, audits, and regulatory standards
• Support safety practices, team collaboration, and person-centered care

• Valid CA RN license and current CPR certification required
• 0-2 years skilled nursing/retirement experience preferred
• Knowledge of Title XXII, OBRA, and leadership skills required
