School Occupational Therapist

With a schedule of 32.5 hours per week and a dedicated assignment for the full 2026/2027 school year, you’ll play a crucial part in helping students achieve their goals and reach their full potential. Key Qualifications & Desired Experience Current, valid Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred Proficiency in providing OT interventions and evaluations for diverse student needs Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to organize and manage a varied caseload across K-12 grade levels Commitment to supporting each student’s individual goals and educational plans Primary Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based OT services to students in both individual and group settings Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success Contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional insight and recommendations Adapt interventions and strategies to accommodate a range of learning environments and student needs Participate in ongoing professional development and district training Enjoy the benefits of working onsite in a supportive and energetic school community, where your expertise can shape positive outcomes for students of all backgrounds.
