Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees social media and web properties for a portfolio of brands that include GreatHorse and Sonny's Place, our family entertainment center. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting annual brand objectives and revenue goals.

Compensation: $60,000-$65,000

Your Role:

• Manage oversight of owned social media channels and websites.
• Develop and maintain strategic content calendars.
• Partner with internal departments to identify content opportunities.
• Create & launch engaging, on-brand content.
• Design strategies to increase community size, reach & engagement.
• Improve website UX and SEO performance.
• Track key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor the digital footprint of competitors.
• Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.

Your Skills:

• 2-3 years' experience managing digital marketing/social media for a consumer brand.
• Digital marketing savvy with an in-depth knowledge of social media management platforms.
• Strong understanding of website CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and SEO.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and interpret it into actionable insights.
• Strong sense of creativity with a proven history of effective, on-brand content development.
• Fluent with the use of image and video editing tools (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite products).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Experience in hospitality or private club categories preferred.
