Opportunity Overview

A well-established, nonprofit healthcare system in Southwest Florida is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Urologist to join its growing team as a Urology Hospitalist .

This is a dedicated hospital-only position designed for physicians who enjoy inpatient urology and prefer a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule .

The Urology Hospitalist will provide coverage across two hospitals during scheduled shifts and will take after-hours call while on service. Physicians seeking additional clinical opportunities may also have the option to pick up outpatient clinic shifts during their off week .

This is an excellent opportunity for a urologist seeking a strong work-life balance, predictable scheduling, and the resources of a large, integrated healthcare system.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
