This candidate should have equipment experience (Saw, Edgebander, Hand Tools, etc.) as well as experience in detailed staging of job materials and components. We are looking for someone with shop experience and a positive attitude in our warehouse to grow with us. We believe in delivering results to our Clients, our Team and one another and that co‑workers becomes family with the right culture. Our Team wins when everyone does their part and helps each other. Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm with occasional overtime or flex schedule for regional deliveries on occasion if needed. We receive material and it needs to be staged correctly and completely to accomplish the objective. Strong communication and organizational skills a must, forklift certified a plus or we will train/certify. Must be focused on results and a team player for us to be successful. Responsibilities Part of a small team to receive materials, cut and process jobs for installation. Collaborates with fellow teammates to ensure proper quality of materials and completion of jobs. Be accountable for results and celebrate the wins. Interact with fellow team members effectively and respectfully. Occasionally drive company vehicle and carry/move component materials weighing up to 50 pounds each, up 1-2 flights of stairs safely and delicately. Qualifications 2+ Years of cabinetry shop and warehouse experience Communicates clearly, and professionally while reading materials list and measuring accurately. Light construction or hand tool experience a plus. Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects at one time. Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team, being dependable and punctual. Forklift certified a plus but we will train, must have valid Driver's License & be safety conscious and willing to grow with us.
