Pay scale: $235000- $390000 Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior to midlevel litigation associate for its patent practice in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have one to six years of patent litigation experience and possess superior academic credentials along with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Duties Engage in high tech and life sciences patent litigation. Collaborate with team members on case strategy and execution. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Participate in client meetings and court proceedings. Requirements One to six years of patent litigation experience. Bar admission in the state of Washington or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam. Superior academic credentials. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
