View email address on job-api.jobget.com This is a major platform initiative that will set the pace and direction for Analytics in Vanguel Data Lake 2.0 is a multi-year program aimed at modernizing legacy analytics platforms. As we mead away from legacy platforms, there remains a gap for analytics in the cloud. That means it takes longer than necessary for analytics teams to find the data they need to do their jobs. Once they find data, access can be challenging. In this role, you will: Work with serverless cloud services to create integrations, API endpoints, and related components Work on features and POCs with industry-leading technologies and tools Work on greenfield space to shape the modernization efforts for the analytics ecosystem Create automated tests for functional, performance, and security to ensure flexibility over time. Work alongside multiple lines of business and platform teams Create custom integrations between existing Vanguard tools, AWS components, and vendor products. Qualifications About you: You care about software quality and maintainability You have an interest in serverless architecture Application Engineering & Programming: Python - 5+ years' experience Unit testing - PyTest Advanced Python knowledge 5+ years' experience with Infrastructure as a Service 3+ years' experience with building serverless applications AWS Core Services: Cloudformation, Step Functions, DynamoDB, S3, Glue, Athena AWS Serverless Infrastructure: Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway, Application Load Balancer Nice to have: AWS Associate or Professional Certification Docker & Kubernetes
