In a caring, team-oriented culture built on integrity, you will bring a reliable, agile approach to daily routines while helping create a welcoming environment. **Position Type: Full Time** **Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Tue06:00 PM - 02:30 AM Wed06:00 PM - 02:30 AM Fri11:00 PM - 07:30 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:30 AM **What You'll Do:** + Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location. + Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership when needed. + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. + Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with wayfinding and entry procedures, and support a professional atmosphere for patients and staff. + Assist with de-escalation support, follow post orders for restricted areas, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and first responders during medical and/or facility-related incidents. **Minimum Requirements:** + Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. + Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. + Be at least 21 years of age. + Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field. + The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. **Why Join Us:** + **Smart Tools:** Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. + **Career Growth:** Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities. + **Financial and Health Benefits:** Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance. + **Exclusive Perks:** Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.
