Job Overview Assistant Store Manager – Clementon, New Jersey, United States of America. 40‑hour week. Hourly pay range: $29.75 – $44.50 USD. Responsibilities Lead the advisory and service team in achieving daily, quarterly, and annual performance goals while delivering a personalized customer experience. Manage the teller line and platform operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Coach and develop team members on consultative selling, product knowledge, and customer‑centric service. Drive advice activities by identifying opportunities, making tailored product recommendations, and guiding customers through multi‑step processes. Oversee complex sales, risk management, and escalation of high‑risk issues, providing appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate documentation, audit readiness, and operational excellence in vault, drawer, and cash management procedures. Coordinate colleague scheduling and staffing to meet customer demand and compliance requirements. Represent TD in community events, promoting the bank’s brand and building customer relationships. Support internal partners, vendors, and customers with professional, inviting service in all common areas of the store. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of customer or sales experience, supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to deliver legendary customer service. Sales and operational management experience; ability to manage competing priorities. Knowledge of banking products and services; previous consumer or residential‑lending experience a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with expense management preferred. Must hold a valid Notary License (preferred) and an active NMLS registration to discuss mortgage products.
