Associate Attorney - Litigation

Job Summary Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our Litigation practice. Candidates will work in the Charleston, South Carolina office with a hybrid work schedule that balances in‑office and remote work. Responsibilities Take on significant case‑handling responsibilities immediately. Interact directly with clients and manage a caseload as the lead attorney. Receive mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm. Qualifications Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. 1–3 years of prior litigation experience. Current membership with the South Carolina Bar (preferred).
