Collections/Risk Management Specialist

We’re looking for a Collections/Risk Management Specialist Landings Credit Union, who brings empathy, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to every member interaction and wants to help people move forward with confidence. What You’ll Do Contact members via phone, email, and mail regarding past-due accounts Understand each member's situation and offer personalized repayment solutions Educate members to help them regain financial confidence Maintain accurate account notes and documentation Monitor delinquency trends and escalate when needed Collaborate with internal teams to support member success What We’re Looking For Prior collection experience in lending or financial services Strong communication, organization and attention skills Able to handle sensitive conversations with confidence and respect Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A genuine desire to help people and make a difference Schedule Full-time, in-office | Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts No weekends or holidays Why You’ll Love Working at Landings We’re a people-first credit union that believes kindness, trust, and education matter.
