Location: Minneapolis, MN
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Base Salary: $30,000-$50,000 DOE
Commission: 5%-10%
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000-$250,000+

About the Opportunity

Our Minneapolis branch is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow a commercial roofing customer base. This role offers significant earning potential, a high degree of autonomy, and the opportunity to work with one of the region's leading commercial roofing teams specializing in low-slope roofing systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a book of business
• Prospect and develop relationships with commercial contractors and building owners
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry connections
• Meet customers at job sites, offices, lunches, and industry events
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion
• Enter orders and track projects throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Sell products and services across all company branches

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Commercial roofing sales
• Low-slope roofing experience
• Steep-slope roofing experience

Additional Industry Experience Considered

• Construction sales
• Building materials sales
• Roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling
• Commercial contracting industries

Work Environment

This is a highly autonomous field-based sales role offering flexibility to:

• Work from home

• Visit customer job sites
• Attend customer lunches, meetings, and events
• Travel throughout the territory
