Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Base Salary: $30,000-$50,000 DOE
Commission: 5%-10%
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000-$250,000+
About the Opportunity
Our Minneapolis branch is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow a commercial roofing customer base. This role offers significant earning potential, a high degree of autonomy, and the opportunity to work with one of the region's leading commercial roofing teams specializing in low-slope roofing systems.

Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a book of business
- Prospect and develop relationships with commercial contractors and building owners
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry connections
- Meet customers at job sites, offices, lunches, and industry events
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact through project completion
- Enter orders and track projects throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Sell products and services across all company branches
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- Commercial roofing sales
- Low-slope roofing experience
- Steep-slope roofing experience
Additional Industry Experience Considered
- Construction sales
- Building materials sales
- Roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling
- Commercial contracting industries

Work Environment
This is a highly autonomous field-based sales role offering flexibility to:
- Work from home
- Work from the office
- Visit customer job sites
- Attend customer lunches, meetings, and events
- Travel throughout the territory
