What You'll Do

As a General Production Worker, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards by:

• Performing assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging operations

• Following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality procedures

• Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

• Operating equipment and using precision measuring tools

• Supporting continuous improvement efforts and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

• Participating in cross-training opportunities to learn multiple production processes and expand your skills

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing, assembly, production, or cleanroom experience

• Experience with inspection and quality control processes

• Familiarity with:

• Micrometers

• Microscopes

• Hand tools

• Tape measures

• Production machinery

• Experience in electronics, aerospace, medical device, or similar industries is a plus

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deep River, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
