About the Role
The Company is in search of a Recreational Marine Sales Manager for the Midwest Region. This external-facing role is pivotal in the development and management of business relationships with independent agents and brokers. The successful candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, renewal client management, and agency relationship management. Key responsibilities include developing business plans with agents, strengthening sales results, and managing a book of business to identify trends and opportunities. The role demands a high level of adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders to drive results.
