Collection Analyst

Position Summary Functions primarily included daily administration of invoicing, daily collections, cash posting, filing, customer account reconciliations, weekly reporting and other activities related to accounts receivables. Essential Functions Prepare and distribute weekly Bus & Coach Aged Accounts Receivable report Prepare and distribute weekly AWIP report Prepare and distribute daily collection report Reconcile bank to receipt log, daily collection report, CyberSource and Oracle weekly Assist in reconciling customer accounts & prepare and distribute weekly Statements Make collection calls/emails to customers for all allocations Assist AR team with invoicing & payments as needed Assist Treasury team with required accounts receivable information and reconciliations Backup on month-end tasks Other duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities Send out courier packages Perform other required administrative duties related to Accounts Receivable Provide support in any finance-related initiative or projects, as required Qualifications / Requirements Education (Required) Accounting/Finance related degree or diploma Experience / Knowledge (Required) Minimum 2 years accounting or banking experience Equipment / Machines Used Computer Specific Job Skills Microsoft Office Advance Excel Oracle Physical Activity / Requirements Walking, sitting, and other physical requirements related to essential functions Benefits Be a part of a team leading the world’s electrification of mass mobility.
