Compassionate ABA & Therapeutic Services is a family-centered multidisciplinary practice providing ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services to children and families across Northern Virginia.

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing pediatric therapy team.

Our clinic offers a supportive OT-led environment with multidisciplinary collaboration, access to sensory-based treatment spaces, and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with children and families. *What Youll Do*

* Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
* Provide direct pediatric therapy services targeting:
* Fine motor development
* Gross motor skills
* Sensory processing and regulation
* Activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Functional independence
* Support children in increasing participation across home, school, clinic, and community environments
* Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, BCBAs, SLPs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers
* Document session notes and progress accurately
* Participate in collaborative treatment planning and team meetings
* Provide caregiver support and education to encourage skill carryover at home

*Qualifications*

* Current COTA certification and state licensure (Required)
* Pediatric experience preferred
* Experience with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, and/or sensory integration preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Organized and able to manage documentation requirements
* Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
* Commitment to professionalism, ethical practice, and HIPAA compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $42.53 per hour
