Project Coordinator

Job Title: Customer Energy Management Project Coordinator I Location: Muskogee/Norton Shores or Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid – Onsite Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) Travel: Approximately 30% local travel Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Energy Management Project Coordinator I to manage residential and commercial electric service requests, including new services and service upgrades. This customer‑facing role involves coordinating with customers, engineering, operations, permitting, design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed from initial request through construction. Responsibilities: Manage 50–60 active projects simultaneously. Serve as the primary customer contact via phone, email, and onsite visits. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to move projects forward. Gather project scope, site information, and photos during customer visits. Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications: Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in project coordination, customer service, utility, construction, or engineering support. Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Microsoft Office proficiency required; SAP experience preferred . CAD knowledge is not required. Valid driver's license required.
