Come join Somarae as our Social Media Manager. You'll turn our mission into stories, campaigns, and conversations that spark change. If you love creating content with soul and strategy, then Somarae is for you. We're looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to help us grow Somarae's digital presence, build community, and tell our story to the world. You'll work closely with the founding team to translate our mission into compelling content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube Shorts. Your role isn't just about posting — it's about movement-building: creating conversations around wellness, AI, mental health, somatics, nervous system regulation, community and more.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years experience in social media management (startup or wellness/tech space a plus).
- Proven ability to grow and engage communities on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong skills in short-form video creation and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
- Understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.
- Ability to adapt tone and voice across different platforms (IG/TikTok vs. LinkedIn).
- Passion for storytelling, creativity, and creating impact-driven content.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI, wellness, or mental health industries.
- Bonus: Experience with influencer/brand collaborations.
