With three full-time positions available, this role is ideal for SLPs looking to work within elementary or early childhood settings for the full academic year. Orientation begins August 3rd, ensuring you have the preparation and confidence needed before students return on August 11th.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Illinois state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Professional Educator License (PEL) active or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date
• Open to SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and colleagues

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary or early childhood students
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment and intervention strategies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to support student progress and IEP goals
• Maintain thorough records and documentation as required by school and district policy
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences throughout the school year
