We need an Office Coordinator to help keep our office organized, stocked, and running smoothly while supporting the EA team. This is a hands-on role that makes a real impact and lets you be part of a fun, collaborative environment. This is a part-time role, 5 days in office in Lehi.
What is a day in the life of an Office Coordinator?- Stocking and organizing office snacks and supplies
- Managing snack storage and office setup
- Supporting the EA team with light administrative tasks as needed
- Maintaining a tidy, organized office environment
- Assisting with special projects and events as assigned
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Be able to be onsite 5 days a week from 8am- 12pm.
- Strong organizational skills: Keeping snacks and supplies well-organized and the office tidy.
- Punctuality and reliability: Arriving on time in the mornings and consistently covering your scheduled shifts.
- Attention to detail: Making sure items are properly stocked, labelled, and presented neatly.
- Initiative: Noticing when things can be improved or need restocking without being asked.
- Teamwork: Working well with others, especially the EA team and fellow assistants.
- Positive attitude: Bringing energy and enthusiasm to repetitive or routine tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies: Being able to move snacks and products as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
- First 30 days: Get to know Pattern’s office systems and processes, build relationships with your team and key partners, and become familiar with office operations, supplies management, and support workflows.
- First 60 days: Start taking ownership of daily office coordination tasks, including supplies ordering, event support, and facility requests. Begin identifying areas for improved efficiency and support cross-team needs as they arise.
- First 90 days: Manage all core office coordination responsibilities independently, contribute ideas for process improvements, and proactively support office initiatives. Be recognized by your peers as a dependable go-to resource for office operations.
- You will work with the other C-Suite Executive Assistants and be supervised and mentored by the Senior Executive Assistant. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
