Job Overview A McDonald's Beverage Specialist prepares our New Specialty beverages including high quality Espresso drinks, Frappes and Smoothies, ensuring speed, consistency and cleanliness at the drink station. They focus on delivering superior, personalized drinks while operating specialized equipment, acting as a crucial team member for excellent customer service. Responsibilities Prepare specialty beverages such as Espresso drinks, Frappes and Smoothies. Ensure speed, consistency and cleanliness at the drink station. Deliver superior, personalized drinks while operating specialized equipment. Act as a crucial team member to provide excellent customer service. Prepare and serve McDonald's World Famous food. Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun. Keep the restaurant looking fantastic.
