Business Development Representative
Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive new business and build strong relationships in the insurance and technology sectors. The role involves prospecting, lead generation, and solution selling to senior decision-makers, with a focus on Carriers, MGAs, and ISO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound efforts, networking, and industry events.
- Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
- Develop tailored sales strategies, leveraging market insights and competitor research.
- Work closely with marketing to refine outreach and brand positioning.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and track performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 23+ years of business development experience, preferably in software solutions for the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of technology consulting, digital transformation, and B2B sales.
- Proven ability to sell to CTOs, CIOs, and senior executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Based in Chicago, Florida, or NYC, with occasional travel required.
