Part-Time Nanny Position – Two Children Location: Newton, NJ Start Date: November 4th Schedule Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM Guaranteed 15 hours per week A professional family in Newton is seeking an experienced, dependable, and nurturing nanny to provide long-term care for their two young sons, ages 1 and 2. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toddler care, demonstrate a genuine love of working with children, and be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment. Primary Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and ensure the children’s safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate, educational, and engaging activities that foster learning and creativity Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks Assist with daily care routines, including diapering and transitions to new milestones Maintain organization and cleanliness in the children’s areas Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children’s daily routines, progress, and any concerns Household Details The family has two dogs and a tortoise. No care for the pets is required. Qualifications Prior experience as a nanny or in a professional childcare setting CPR/First Aid certification Knowledge of toddler development and best practices in childcare Excellent communication, reliability, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits $25–$28 per hour, based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
