Senior International Tax Analyst

In this high-impact role, you’ll partner across global operations to support U.S. international tax compliance, ASC 740 reporting, foreign tax matters, and strategic cross-border initiatives. This is an opportunity to move beyond compliance into a broader advisory-focused role with visibility across the business. What You’ll Do Lead and review U.S. international tax calculations including GILTI, Subpart F, FTCs, withholding tax, and ASC 740 reporting Manage international compliance processes including Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 8992, 8993, and related filings Coordinate with global finance teams and external advisors on foreign tax compliance and reporting Support cross-border restructuring and international tax planning projects Monitor global tax law developments and assess business impact Drive tax technology and process improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization Partner with internal stakeholders and assist with tax audits and authority inquiries Mentor junior staff and interns within the tax function Why This Role Exposure to complex global tax operations Opportunity to influence process modernization and automation Collaborative, forward-thinking culture Strong work-life balance with hybrid flexibility Competitive compensation and top-tier benefits Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA, MST, or progress toward certification preferred 3+ years of international tax experience, preferably with a Big 4 or large US based multinational company Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts including GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits, transfer pricing exposure, and ASC 740 Experience preparing or reviewing international tax forms including Forms 5471, 8858, 1118, 8992, and 8993 Familiarity with global tax compliance and coordinating with foreign affiliates and external advisors Experience with tax provision and deferred tax accounting Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets and tax models #J-18808-Ljbffr
