Quick Facts Location: Mercy Hospital & Norman Regional Hospital, Oklahoma City, OK Start Date: Immediate or as arranged Position Duration: Permanent, full-time Shift: 24-hour shifts (~10 shifts/month) Hours/Week: Flexible, based on shift schedule Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Neonatology Experience: New graduates encouraged to apply; prior NICU experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Salary: Starting at $265,000/year, with annual increases Bonuses: First-year guaranteed monthly bonus, year-end bonus eligibility Sign-on & Relocation: Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid licensing fees Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurance Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, HSAs 401(k) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program Voluntary benefits through payroll deductions Comprehensive family support benefits What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive neonatology coverage at two Level III NICUs Manage neonatal emergencies and routine care for preemies and ill newborns Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and hospital staff Utilize advanced respiratory support including HFOV and jet ventilators Support and guide neonatal patient care with full backup from hospital and neonatology team Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols Engage with community health initiatives and family-centered care practices What You Need Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology Active medical license in Oklahoma or ability to obtain one Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate neonatal care Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment Preferred: Previous NICU experience (not mandatory) Enthusiasm for working with new fellows and supporting a community-oriented practice About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at a leading facility in Oklahoma City, providing expert neonatal care across two well-equipped NICUs.
