Concessions Coordinator - Fenway Park

The Concessions Coordinator is a key support role within the Fenway Park Concessions Management team. This on-site position is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and event-day support to ensure the smooth execution of concession operations throughout the ballpark. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and thrives in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. This position will assist with a variety of administrative functions including scheduling, tip distribution reporting, record management, event-day staffing support, uniform program administration, and general office organization. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays is required based on the Fenway Park event schedule.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $30.00. Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Concessions Management team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Create, maintain, and distribute employee schedules in coordination with management.
• Manage concession employee tip distribution processes, including tracking, reporting, and reconciliation using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with event-day employee check-in, attendance tracking, and staffing support.
• Coordinate and administer the concessions uniform program, including inventory management, distribution, collection, and recordkeeping.
• Organize departmental documents, reports, and administrative records.
• Prepare operational reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative materials as requested.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline concession team members regarding scheduling, uniforms, and general administrative inquiries.
• Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and payroll-related information.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years administrative support experience.
• Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Ability to optimally connect with employees.
• Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule.
• Strong digital literacy is required of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software.
