We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and Employee Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations in Kansas City, Kansas. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to employee onboarding, personnel record management, and workplace support activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will help maintain accurate HR data, coordinate hiring-related tasks, and provide responsive assistance to employees and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including collecting required documentation and preparing employees for a smooth start.

• Maintain and update HRIS records to ensure personnel information, employment changes, and compliance data remain accurate.

• Support the candidate screening process by tracking status updates, following up on outstanding items, and documenting results appropriately.

• Respond to employee questions related to HR procedures, policies, and general workplace matters with professionalism and discretion.

• Assist with HR administrative tasks such as preparing forms, organizing employee files, and managing routine correspondence.

• Partner with HR team members and hiring managers to help schedule interviews, process hiring paperwork, and support staffing activities.

• Monitor confidential employee information carefully and handle records in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.

• Experience supporting human resources administration in an office or corporate setting.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate employee data.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, new employee documentation, and related administrative coordination.
• Experience assisting with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Understanding of screening procedures and employment verification support.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills when working with employees, managers, and HR staff.
