Assist with successful completion of projects within budget and scope. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency. You must have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. 1-2 years of experience in engineering support or related roles. Strong drive to learn and be supportive to a team of engineers We value Experience in aerospace engineering or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for teamwork, communication and continuous learning. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
