- BUSINESS CONTROLLER## in WaregemOnze groep Cras is sinds 1878 een familiaal houtbedrijf met een breed spectrum aan activiteiten. We zijn importeur, groothandel én fabrikant. Hout krijgt hier vooral een meerwaarde. Er wordt gefreesd, gezaagd, gedrenkt, gedroogd, zodat gevelbekleding, parket, binnendeuren, terrasplanken en tuinhout hun weg kunnen vinden naar onze klanten. Dat zijn vooral houtspecialisten, want Cras wil partner zijn van de vakman.Vanuit 12 eigen Cras Shops bieden we die vakman een uniek aanbod en een steeds uitgebreidere service.Om onze aanwezigheid op de markt op een duurzame manier uit te bouwen, willen we verder blijven investeren in kwalitatieve medewerkers. Business Controller## ***Wie is onze Business Controller en wat wordt er verwacht...*****Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit twee grote pijlers:****1. Business & Financial Controlling:*** Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maandelijkse afsluit in SAP en het opmaken van de financiële rapportering met betrekking tot P&L, Capex, Opex en werkkapitaal.* Je voert maandelijkse variantie analyses uit om afwijkingen te verklaren versus last year, budget en forecast* Je stelt de marge rapportering op voor de groep en geeft hierbij inzichten naar management en interne stakeholders* Je hebt interesse in productieomgevingen en krijgt energie van het analyseren van productieprocessen en het verder optimaliseren hiervan, samen met operations en IT.* Je bent de owner van het budgetteringsproces en de maandelijkse forecasting.* Je voert ad-hoc financiële en operationele analyses uit ter ondersteuning van het management en interne stakeholders.**2. Power BI reporting:*** Je beheert de bestaande managementrapportages in Power BI en zorgt dat deze up-to-date en betrouwbaar blijven* Je bent kritisch ingesteld ten opzichte van de bestaande rapporten en krijg daarbij de vrijheid om bestaande rapportering te schrappen en zelf nieuwe dashboards te bouwen op basis van de interne behoeften* Je focus ligt op data visualisatie, voor de data modelling op zich kan je rekenen op de hulp van je IT-collega’s### Are you a Woodbeliever? Dan kun je alvast enkele van deze competenties afvinken! * Communicatief sterk, zeer commercieel ingesteld en flexibel* Je hebt een masterdiploma in een economische of financiële richting en hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan in een controlling functie, idealiter in een industriële/productieomgeving.* Je bent cijfer – en procesmatig en in het bezit van een stevige hands-on mentaliteit* Je bent vertrouwd met ERP systemen, Excel en met Power BI, voornamelijk op vlak van data visualisatie of hebt een sterke interesse om je eerste kennis hierin uit te breiden.* Je bent proactief & Communicatief: je stelt kritische vragen, denkt proactief mee met de business en communiceert vlot met alle stakeholders (o.a. operations, productie, IT en sales).* Nederlandstalig, met wat kennis Frans.### Wat mag je van ons verwachten? ️We zijn een bedrijf die reeds meer dan 140 jaar bestaat, ferm uitgegroeid is naar een 350 tal medewerkers, maar waar de warme familiaire sfeer voelbaar blijft!
