Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A district near Lehighton, PA is seeking a passionate and data-driven BCBA for the upcoming school year. As a new addition to their support services, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to shape and develop behavioral initiatives, working closely with educators and support staff to make a meaningful impact across three campuses.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong collaborative skills and a willingness to work alongside teachers, school psychologists, and support staff
• Exceptional ability to conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and develop effective behavior intervention plans
• Data-driven approach to behavioral support and analysis
• Ability to provide an FBA sample and references

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel between three district schools, supporting both general and special education students
• Deliver direct behavioral services and conduct classroom observations, including within emotional support settings
• Lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior plans for students
• Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with classroom teachers, administrators, and psychologists
• Serve as a valuable resource in defining best practices for this newly added role
