Education Director

Director of Education We are seeking an experienced Director of Education to partner with the Director of Operations and the leadership team at our premier school in Reading, MA. This role is ideal for a strong leader and passionate educator committed to delivering an exceptional experience for children, families, and staff. Full-time, year-round | MondayFriday | Shared opening/closing shifts Salary range of $65,000 $70,000+ annually, based on experience, education, and EEC certifications, plus annual bonus eligibility for EEC Director Qualified Candidates. Program Quality: Ensure delivery of curriculum-aligned programs that support development and kindergarten readiness, including summer programs. Employee Success: Build a positive team culture through coaching, development, performance management, and issue resolution. Parent Relations: Lead team culture, training, and performance management. Licensing Compliance: Maintain full compliance with state and franchise regulations, ensuring accurate records and a safe environment. Qualifications include: Education (Required): Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. ECE Leadership Experience (Required): Minimum 4-8 years as a Director in a licensed Childcare Center with 100+ students and 35+ teachers. Certification (Required): MA Director II Certification. Physical Requirements (Required): Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to support child safety, including lifting infants and assisting in emergency situations.
