We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Emergency Medicine Physicians to staff our high-efficiency Emergency Departments in the Houston metro area. Financial Highlights: Top-Tier Earning Potential Pay: Average $280+/hr at high-volume sites | Base $200 + RVU (day) | $230 + RVU (night) High volume defined as 30+ patients per 24 hours Full-time (12 shifts/month): $480,000+ annually in hourly pay — profit sharing is additional Profit Sharing: Available to all physicians working 10+ shifts per month. State-of-the-art CT (CTA capable) and bedside Ultrasound at all sites. Support: Independent practice environment with a highly responsive, physician-led leadership team. Shifts 12-hour shifts (6am/6pm) | Full-time: 12 shifts/month | Part-time available Low to moderate‑acuity HCA freestanding ED — admissions transfer seamlessly to the home HCA hospital Location Houston, TX Qualifications Certification: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) preferred. Alternate Boards: Family Practice with significant EM experience will be considered case-by-case. Licensing: Active Texas Medical License or eligibility for expedited licensure.
