Associate Attorney

Company Description Mizani Law Firm is a Grapevine, Texas–based personal injury practice serving clients across Texas. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing personal injury practice that offers a hybrid work schedule . The ideal candidate will assist in managing cases from intake through resolution, including client communication, discovery, depositions, negotiations, hearings, and trial preparation. Candidates should have strong written and oral advocacy skills, excellent organization and case-management abilities, and a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality representation to clients. Personal injury or civil litigation experience is preferred, but we are open to attorneys who are eager to learn and grow within the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for meaningful hands‑on experience, increased responsibility, and the opportunity to develop as a litigator in a fast‑paced personal injury practice. Qualifications Active Texas Bar license and in good standing Personal injury experience preferred, but not required Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence Strong negotiation and problem‑solving abilities Excellent organizational and case-management skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently Strong client communication and interpersonal skills Experience with depositions, mediations, and hearings preferred Trial experience is a plus Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Salary Range $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus performance based bonuses. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mizani Law Firm
